1. Booking & Payment

A session is considered confirmed once the required retainer/payment has been received. All payments made are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in writing.

Remaining balances must be completed before or on the session date.

2. Rescheduling & Cancellation

Rescheduling requests must be made as early as possible and are subject to availability.

In the event of unforeseen circumstances, weather conditions, illness, or emergencies, Little Laughs reserves the right to reschedule the session.

3. Creative Direction

By booking a session, clients acknowledge and trust the artistic style, editing approach, and creative direction of Little Laughs. Final images are delivered according to the photographer’s artistic judgment and consistency of portfolio style.

RAW/unedited files are not provided.

4. Image Delivery

Final edited images will be delivered digitally through an online gallery within the estimated delivery timeline communicated prior to the session.

Delivery timelines may vary during peak seasons.

5. Copyright & Usage

All photographs remain the intellectual property and copyright of Little Laughs.

6. Model Release

Unless otherwise requested in writing, clients grant permission for Little Laughs to use selected images for portfolio display, website content, social media, publications, exhibitions, and promotional purposes.

We deeply respect family privacy and will honor any request for image confidentiality.

7. Website Use

All content on this website, including photographs, logos, text, and designs, may not be copied, reproduced, or distributed without permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

While every reasonable effort is made to provide exceptional service and safely preserve photographs, Little Laughs shall not be held liable for circumstances beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to technical failures, natural events, or unforeseen disruptions.
